How do I get on the buyer list?
Fill in the form on the home page with the markets you buy in and a number we can reach you on. Somebody calls you, we learn what you actually buy, and you start getting the deals that fit.
What do the deals look like?
Off-market houses we already hold under contract. You see the address, the numbers we bought at, the repair picture and what we think it carries, before it goes anywhere public.
Do I need proof of funds?
To close, yes. To join the list, no. We would rather know early what your ceiling is so we stop sending you deals above it.
Is there a fee to be on the list?
No. We make our money on the spread between what we contract a property at and what you pay for it. If a deal does not work for you, it costs you nothing to pass.
How fast do I have to move?
Faster than a retail buyer and slower than you fear. Most of our buyers look at a deal the day it lands and decide inside a week.
Which markets are you in?
Cleveland and Dayton in Ohio, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville in Florida, Nashville, Richmond and Indianapolis, and more besides. Tell us where you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we are there yet.
Do you sell houses to investors as well as buy them?
Yes. Everything we put under contract goes to our own buyer list first. If you buy with cash and want those deals before they reach the open market, that side of the business is Viganta Invest.
